We have had Berrett Pest Control since moving into a new home in McKinney almost 3 years ago. They are terrific. The same man always comes to our home and checks up on how things are and if we have seen any bugs. He then treats our home and yard as needed. They are helpful and accommodating and are always happy to come back and retreat if we call. When the man leaves he always says" give us a call if you need anything". This was not an empty promise: on our first application he had to come back to treat a pervasive ant problem that we contacted Berrett for initially and from then on, we have been bug free. I am happy that they are an established business that cares about their customers and do a great job. My experience has been positive and I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a good pest control company. In fact, the polarity of the reviews for this company make me think that the negative respondents must be confused with some other company or they
employed by a competitor.
