I didnt that it is bad to apply lubricant on the garage door tracks and apply coat on the garage door over and over again. Hence, the torsion spring broke down. Hence, the garage door maintenance provided the garage door replacement. Furthermore, they gave me relevant tips on how to take care of my garage door.
