Review content:
Our unit stopped working this past weekend and no one would come out to our home unless we would pay extra money for the service call. I spoke to Midsouth and they were to my home in a little less than an hour. They was able to fix the part, it was a bad fan motor. The part was on their van and they warranty the fan motor for the life of the unit. Quick, friendly. We will be using them again.
