Review content:
This group of doctors took over for a practice that was highly recommended to my family. My third child unfortunately did not finish her treatment until the Mellions took over. The service went downhill. Convenient appointments, at least in the Brunswick office, were difficult to get. Treatment took 18 months longer than expected. My daughter was treated unprofessionally and rudely on more than one occasion. Sometimes the waiting room was so crowded there were no chairs left. Often angry parents came in who had the wrong time down for an appointment. Sometimes when appts. were made over the phone for one office, because the phone rolled over to another office, we would show up and the office was closed. The office staff would forget to tell you where the appt. was, assuming you knew you reached a different one when you called. The cost was quite a bit higher than other Orthodontists in the area but you felt like you were really getting what you paid for before the practice changed hands, I would not recommend this practice to anyone today.
