I agree 100% that the Best Buy in Crossroads, Cary is worst in customer service. I bought a floor model washer & dryer from this store as the sales person offered a discounted price. I wanted a better discount for the condition which as I consumer I have a right to ask. They forced in the 5 year warranty which I found out at the register and after wasting an over an hr in the store. As if buying the washer, dryer and the pedestals of the discontinued model was not enough. Their manager Jon Johnson is a terrible person to deal with. He thinks that I wasted his time. Someone needs to tell me how to treat the customer and let him know that he gets paid for his services at the store so if he wasted any ones time then it was mine.
