Their receptionist is pleasant and most of the regular field techs are decent. That's about where the good stuff ends. I would not do business with these people (ever again), but if you do, GET EVERY DETAIL IN WRITING. They quoted a cheap price in comparison to other reputable companies, but this is an instance that you DEFINITELY get the quality you pay for. Spent hundreds of dollars on unnecessary charges to replace multiple (good) parts (due to POOR troubleshooting skills) on a specialized system they are "certified" for. AC's are/were not installed correctly, house wasn't left they way it was found, and they left a (literal) truckload of trash because it wasn't written out on the quote (again, don't assume ANYTHING) and I was told they left it because I didn't give them my old condenser units for scrap "if we take anything, we take it all"...that sure didn't stop them from happily STEALING my air handler A-Coils from the trash pile though...I paid a price for a turnkey installation, but (only at the end) found out that balancing the freon at the end (necessary in most every installation) was not included. Out of almost a dozen visits, they never arrived when I was told, and the owner (Doug) is confrontational when addressed about any issues with his team. Do yourself a favor and find a different contractor.
