Texstar Real Estate is a great company. Both as a former tenant myself when I was stationed at Fort Hood and now as a property owner I have found them highly conscientious. They treat tenants firmly but fairly. They do need to obtain approval to make repairs but they refer work orders to me quickly and then take care of the work promptly, usually within a matter of days. It is important to me to keep the properties in good condition - I spend thousands of dollars each year on maintenance and repairs and they do a great job handling the task. They provide excellent reports, respond quickly to questions and requests, and get the proceeds to me in a timely manner. I have done business with them for over 30 years and I recommend them highly.
