I have always had good eyesight so I got worried when I found myself with sore eyes and squinting more and more. I went to see a specialist and one of the first things he asked me was if I spend a lot of time using my smartphone. I told him I do and he said that trying to view the small screen from awkward angles was the clause of the eye strain. He told me to reduce my phone usage or to buy a smartphone stand.
I chose the latter option and bought an ergonomic iPhone stand from ErgoVue. It’s easy to carry and when I place my phone on it, I can use it for long periods without any strain on my eyes or one the muscles of my upper body.
