I DROPPED A PAIR OF LEVI JEANS TO HAVE DRY CLEANED AND FOR SOME REASON THEY CHOSE TO WASH THEM CAUSING THEM TO FADE. I WENT BACK IN THE STORE AND WAS TOLD OH WELL I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER HE TOLD ME HE WOULD REPLACE AND CALLED ME LATER DURING THE DAY TO OFFER $20. LEVI JEANS DO NOT CAUSE $20 AND I REFUSE TO ACCEPT. HE TOLD ME THATS ALL HE CAN DO AND ITS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT THE JEANS FADED. BEFORE HE HUNG UP I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE POSTING THIS INFORMATION SO I HOPE THIS HELPS YOUR BUSINESS.
