We purchased a used Liberty. They brought it in from another dealership. There was only one key and no owners manual. We said when we bought it we needed the the other key and the owners manual. We also were to get a $500 check. After we sighned all the paper work and left, they promised to get us the things we needed. Two weeks later I called on the phon and left a message. No answer. My wife had to go in and they made a key and promised the title and the manual. A day after the temp. expired I went in and talked to them again. They found the the title and check. The mgr. said he didn't know why it hadn't been mailed out. Last week I got the owners manual by UPS. It's been six weeks since we bought the vehicle. I e-mailed Dodge about it also. I will try buy a Ford or Chevy next time. I'm not happy the service after the sale. I will try to go to a different dealer for service.
