Review content:
The customer service greeter/job order person is not honest. First he told me he couldn't honor the Midas lifetime brake pad replacement, then he told me that all my brake pads and rotors had to be changed out. Thought this was odd as Midas had replaced pads and rotors 18 months earlier (different location) so I took the truck to Meinike who said that I had to replace the pads and calipers. Took the vehicle to Buffalo Brakes where they said rotors, calipers were fine and the pads were down to 30% in the rear and 40% in the front. This Midas affiliate also tried to sell me a transmission service, replace my wipers (2 weeks old) and that I needed new shocks (funny they never drove it, they weren't loose). So this place earned a star since I couldn't give a half star.
