Too bad I could not rate it zero stars.. I went there based on reviews I read on City Search. Did they pay someone to write those fake reviews? Rhea is the most unprofessional stylist/owner I have ever encountered. She also has a lady named Norma working there, which is also the most unprofessional. I will however say, they are a good fit for each other based on the above. Norma completely ruined my hair! She does not know how to cut or color. Not to mention, she burned it with that old fashioned hot iron. While Norma was doing my hair, Rhea constantly drank wine and spoke negatively about everyone she could think of. However, I watched her doing someone's hair, while getting mine "ruined" and she apparently can't cut or color hair either. Good thing she advertises hair extensions. You will definitely need them, when you leave there, because your hair is going to break off from the poor coloring job they both do. Anyone who reads the reviews on City Search, should pay very close attention to the fact that they are written very similarly, and in a short time frame. There are a few true statements, which seemingly complain about her being drunk and not being able to perform their hair service. I really should have read all of the reviews. Clients beware.... Dont' go there....If you want nice hair.
