SHOWED UP LATE FOR ARRIVAL TIME. NO SENSE OF URGENCY FOR COMMERCIAL NEEDS AND OPENING TIME FOR BUSINESS. ONE BLOWER DRYER ONLY, NEEDED ABOUT FOUR. HAD TO MOVE THE ONE DRYER MYSELF JUST TO GET IT FROM WET TO VERY DAMP BEFORE CUSTOMERS WALKING ON IT AT OPEN OF BUSINESS. I AM SURE CARPETING IS CLEANER BUT LOOKS AWFUL DUE TO LACK OF PROPER DRY TIME AND RUSH,RUSH WORK. PAYMENT DUE UPON COMPLETION BUT CARPET WAS NOT DRY FOR 24 HRS?? FOLLOW UP CALL 2 DAYS LATER SAID EVERYTHING WENT WELL, I SAID NO BUT HE WAS NOT TO CONCERNED. SHOW UP ON TIME ,KNOW YOUR JOB,BRING PROPER EQUIPMENT TO GET IN AND OUT WITH DRY CARPET BEFORE WE HAVE HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS WALKING ON IT!
