As an anniversary gift for my husband, who commutes between 2 to 2 1/2 hours to and from work each way in the famous Atlanta traffic, I purchased a one-hour massage certificate at AFTERGLOW SPA. Accidentally, he misplaced the certificate. Once he found it, it has expired, but still within one year of purchase. The administration of Afterglow Spa strictly refused to honor the certificate not now or ever. This was the easiest $65.00 Afterglow Spa made without moving one finger. Even after explaining the situation over the phone and by correspondence, literally after begging for services that I have paid for, there was no consideration at all. Honoring a paid certificate would have not cost Afterglow anything, but the fact that not even a written response was received, do say a lot about this place. Based on this practice, I definitely do not recommend doing business with AFTERGLOW SPA in Canton, GA.
