If it wasn't that I had a gift certificate I would have left. It opened at 10am my appt for a pedi was at 10am. I sat in a waiting room for 10 mins, I thought the Tech was getting the water and towels etc ready or something but when she took me back nothing was ready. While starting the water in the footspa she asked me to pick a color. I told her I wanted them painted french tips. She proceeded to tell me that I had to schedule that ahead of time because it took a lot of time to paint french, and it was going to take a lot of time to scrub the callous and dead skin layered on the bottom of my feet and heels. (I was wearing Tennis shoes and she couldn't see my feet) Plus it was going to cost $10 more for that. Once she saw my feet she told me how nice my feet were and then offered to paint them french. I declined, because I'm a woman of color she assumed my feet had callous and dead skin layered on them. I was extremely offended and insulted. I will never go there again, it was the wor
