Review content:
There is no way for me to convey my displeasure with this company and their staff in the allotted space. I have lived in many cities, with many landlords and never had issues like I did with Autumn Creek. When I came to Dekalb this was one of the only companies that still had apartments available, now I know why.. I'm really not picky about many things and am pretty easy going, but when it comes to getting screwed around by people that's where I draw the line.
I will let you know how it will be if you live with Autumn Creek.
1) Prepare for all of your requests to be ignored- maintenance and otherwise.
2) Do you like being lied to about when things will be fixed, cleaned or brought up to par with what you were promised on the tour or in your contract?
3) Do you like being avoided by Tiff with the help of the office staff?
I can go on. The bottom line is this, Autumn Creek counts on dealing with College kids who are spending their parents money. When it comes to dealing with people who actually know their rights they really fall short. If you don't care about the cleanliness or function of your apartment, all while dealing with scammers, this is the place for you. If not, do yourself a favor and keep on looking.
