I had a great experience with Carlson Contracting. Joe was prompt, friendly, respectful, thorough and reasonably priced. He went out of his way to not only work with my schedule but to also tie up loose ends with the plumbing that were not the issue at hand but he noticed it and fixed it while he was there. He was informative and detailed in his explanation for the issue as well as advice about preventative measures. He stayed to test the job he did instead of rushing out without making sure it was fixed. He was prepared with all the standard equipment and went above and beyond to get the right equipment specialized to the brand if it wasn't on hand. He was also efficient, respectful and clean. I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done and will recommend Carlson Contracting to all of my friends and family. I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from this company.
