I recently had the displeasure of waking up to find my garage flooded! My water heater had a massive leak and it was definitely time for a new one. My wife sought out “Fast” Water Heater Company online and we gave them a call after checking their reviews. The operator on the phone was polite and very detail oriented as she went over the specs of my broken heater. She wanted to get all the correct information for the job so that there would be no hang ups.
Same Day Service!!! I was met at the door by the technician who was prepared to install my new water heater. His name was “Art” and he thoroughly itemized what new accessories I would be needed to bring the new heater up to code, and he was able to give me an exact quote before he began working.
At last, a short time later, he had finished! What really impressed me was that “Art” gave me an overview of all the control and safety precautions, including spraying a solution on all natural gas joints to insure there were no “Bubbles,” which apparently would indicate that there was a leak. I am very impressed with the work, despite being a little worried about the requirement that involved drilling through the stucco of my home in order to install an outside safety drainage (code mandatory). Ultimately my stucco is intact and my overall experience with “Fast” was a very positive one. I would recommend them to anyone – even my mom who is monumentally picky!
