Review content:
I purchased my truck from them in June of 2005, and was a huge mistake. First off, with it being a used vehicle I had it checked out by an outside source and the truck looked ok other than it had signs of being in a front end collision. When I asked the salesperson, he stated that he had no way of knowing....Lie! But the worst part was the finance department. I signed the contract and had extended warranty, gap insurance, wheel and tire coverage and a good interest rate. Then I get a call stating that the finance company won't coverage the warranty so it was removed. I asked if the gap insurance would be left on and she said yes that the only thing being removed was the warranty. So I agree and returned to sign the new contract. Don't know what happened but about two years later I had a problem with a tire so I took it to the dealership to use the coverage that I supposedly had and was told that he could not find it. So I go home and pullout the contract and its on it. Then I called the finance company and request a copy of the contract that they had and it was completely different. No gap insurance, no tire / wheel coverage and the interest rate was 17.95%! Don't know how they switched the contracts but I do know one thing...and that is that they are crooks and I don't know how they are still in business. Stay away from them, learn from my mistake.
