Very professional and had tenet with bed bugs and they treated the whole building 4 units and it solved our problem fast. Joshua Cretsinger is our account manager and he was able to meet with all of the tenets and took the time to explain the process to each individual. I don't have those kind of patience. He took his time and was very thorough and quickly identified the issues. They aren't aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive. Joshua made me feel secure with his knowledge and expertise and he surprised me with the amount of knowledge he had in all sorts of areas, not just pest control. I felt like he truly cared about my problem and didn't pressure me for the sell. I invited him to my home to inspect and this man in the bushes, looking in the cracks, crawled in the attic and ended up finding termites before they ate my house. You must use termidor, if you want termites gone for the years to come. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOSHUA!!! They do a quality job for a reasonable price, my kind of company!!!
