Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. We used them last year because the price was so cheap ($89.95 per month). They proved the old saying...you get what you pay for. They ruined my lawn and it has never recovered. Marc, I think he is the owner, is rude and loud and he speaks to you as if you are stupid. They never come on the same day. I understand they can't do their job when it rains, but even taking rain into consideration, their visits are sporadic and they don't do what they say they will do. We have dogs and we clean our yard consistently to make sure they aren't stepping in the dogs business. Since we never knew when they were coming, occasionally there was poop on the grass. The guys doing the lawn thought they were being funny, but they picked up the dogs business and put it in front of my front door. I caught them in the act. I threatened to call the police if they did not pick it up. They pretended to not speak English but they were very surprised that I understood everything they said in Spanish. they were calling me very nasty names. I complained to the guy that was in charge, he apologized to me but nothing else was done. I expected a call from the owner at least apologizing, but no call was made. I don't trust anyone who sends their contracts out with major spelling and grammatical errors on it. The price is very competitive and most of the guys on the crew are very nice and accommodating, but overall, I'd rather pay more money with another company than pay Dove the $90 per month. The kid down the street with a lawn mower does better work for $20 a week.
