I am the owner of Construction Pros, Inc. JimmyJoe, your post alerted me. I am not sure what customer of ours would have stated that we used a different material than contracted to do. Our company has extensive initial paperwork which include a contract and a product specification page which both have triplicate copies to them. I am concerned as I feel you are a person seeking revenge more than someone with a legitimate complaint. I urge you to please file a claim with the Better Business Bureau as I would like to be able to have the issue arbitrated. This company is also a rated "A" company on the BBB.
