I hire white glove of naperville to move me on a Monday. Monday morning comes around and they don't show up. So after so many calls, I get a hold of tracey and she tells me there was a mixup and they wouldn't be able to come out till Tuesday. She's like oh well! So they come out on Tuesday and when they open the door, the trucks like3/4 of the way full. I ask the driver if he's gonna be able to fit all my stuff and says no problem. Well guess what? They couldn't fit all my stuff. So now I'm aggravated and I tell the driver I need all my stuff to go. He gets mad and calls up this idiot name lee williams who set all this up. When the driver gets off the phone he tells his partner to take all my stuff off the truck. What! So I tell him fine just take what he can and ill figure out how to get the rest of my stuff to the new house. After a few more words he gets mad again and threatens to take my stuff off again only this time I told him to go ahead. So these two bozos start unloading all my stuff back in the garage. Two hours it took them to load up and another hour to unload. In 80 degree heat. I had to laugh. I then called quality movers and they came out the next day, moved me in three hours and no problems.
