When you put a order form online and for everyone to use.. ..and then dont have the place or workers to produce the products then somethings wrong! Fed ex delivered my bibles to be bound February 7, 2012. I still have not received them. They have not answered their phone but twice...And then the man acts like he don't understand you. They should have a better way of taking orders so they can give out a order number. There is no way they can track your order unless they have already filled your order and sent it to you. Theres no way they can fill all the orders that may come from people downloading the order form from the internet.Because they are working from within a house or behind one in a building. If you put in the address on google maps (street view)then you will see its not a business area. Hope I dont lose my books or bibles.
