Review content:
I visited Dr. Reichman complaining of a sore tooth and inflamed gums. I was put on antibiotics, given a full workup, and a thorough cleaning. The trouble persisted as I was misdiagnosed; and all the procedures were unnecessary to resolve my issues. Over the next month the gum infection came and went, and the toothache persisted.
Dr. Reichman’s staff was more interested in getting me scheduled for long-term care then resolving the condition I came in to have resolved.
I finally visited another dentist, who diagnosed me properly based upon a verbal consultation before even looking in my mouth! Of course the second dentist did examine me, and followed up and I am now pain free.
I am very unhappy with Dr. Reichman and his staff, and I feel I would have been much better off never visiting his practice in the first place. They were more concerned with padding their bills and procuring future visits than resolving the underlying issue that brought me to their office.
