I was playing squash and managed to dislocate my toe… this is a first for me although I had many sports injuries I never dislocated my toe before. It was very painful, I got out and limped to my car and limped again directly in Dr. Ian’s office to get it back in its place. At first I thought it was broken but dr. Ian said it wasn’t and a x-ray confirmed it. I am a regular in Dr. Ian office and since I started seeing him I get injured a lot less because he thought me the proper way to worm up and also I learned a lot on muscles and joints and so on. He is a great guy and has a lot of patience and of course he’s always in a good mood so it’s a pleasure to talk to him.
