Review content:
Not worth rating. Worse people to deal with in selling a house. They give you
the bottom line of your amount. Then when you get your check it is less than you
have been told. When confronted with this was told to come by office and pick up
a check for the difference. Upon arrival was told they did not owe one red cent to
us, that we had gotten all we were going to receive. Then he (Russ Swanay)
proceeded to tell us to get out of his office and not to come back. Now I ask, Is
that the way to treat a client that got you a great big fat commission check? I
don't think he has worn out the knees of his pants because it has been a very long
time since he has been on them. God bless you Russ. Keep up the good work.
