I live in a townhouse so theres not much maint. on my part except for the plumbing which i found out the hard way. protech came to my house as the second estimate and found them to be right in the middle of the 3 i called. They were the only ones who game me different solutions and left it up to me financially which one i wanted to go with. I appreciated that since the other two just wanted to give a quote and leave. Protech was the only one who wanted to spend the time to help me...Thanks
