Review content:
Cleaners from "Ms. Perfection" were scheduled to show up at 8:00 am. I called to confirm the previous day as well. At 8:15am, I called to ask where they were. The Manager told me, "They are supposed to show up between 8:00-8:30am," which is not what she told me last week when I scheduled. At 8:45am, I called back as the cleaners had still not arrived. The Manager said she had called them and that they are running late. Why am I, the customer, having to call her to ask where her people are? Shouldn't it be the other way around? At 9:15am (one hour and 15 minutes later), they finally show up at the house except I'm already out the door and running late for work. The cleaners told me that they weren't even scheduled to clean my house today and that they JUST got a phone call from their Manager to be at the house at 0900! Mind you, they just showed up at 9:15am, so they're even late for that "appointment," too! Unless you constantly call her advertised number, the Manager for "Ms Perfection" rarely will return any phone calls; she only texts. She told me she left a vmail last week to confirm the time for today. I have no voicemail on my phone. When I do finally get her on the phone, she tells me to text my name, number, and address to her cleaner. What? Why should I have to do that? Do I get paid to manage her employers? I followed up with a phone call and as expected, I received no confirmation from her cleaners. Apparently, it looks like I just got the run-around as did several other people who wrote reviews on this same company. They advertise "Effective and Reliable Services You Can Trust". More like: "Ineffective and Unreliable Services You CANNOT Trust!" This company advertises on Groupon, Living Social, and Troopswap. Don't be fooled by their advertising.
