Frank Fuentes was recommended to me by a really good friend whom I had talked about refinancing my home. I had told her that it was hard to find someone trustworthy and that would answer all my doubts and questions. I had previously gone to 2 banks which indicated to me that I might not qualify. I really felt disappointment in dealing with these people and I almost felt like not pursuing with trying to refinance but I told myself that I would give this person a try since he came recommended. I called Frank and since the beginning of our conversation I could tell that I was speaking with a person that listened to me and did not flat out tell me that I might not qualify. He checked my information and informed me that I had a very good possibility of qualifying for a refinance with Primelending. He answered all my questions and patiently explained what I would have to do. I had never heard of Primelending before but I am so glad and happy I found them and most of all of working with a wonderful loan officer like Frank.
The service that I received from Frank was exceptional. I would recommend Frank and Primelending anytime and to anyone. Primelending employees are very friendly and professional.
