The ONLY reason they have an F rating with the BBB, is because there is ONLY ONE RATING! if you paid attention, you would have known that!
THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! I have never had a bad experience from Zaran Sayre! I believe that they handle themselves in a very professional and courteous fashion. I think very highly of all of their property managers, and staff. I can understand it being a diffucult industry to work in; being caught in the middle of tenants and owners, doing their best to ABIDE BY THE LAW-while at the same time, trying to make all parties happy! THEY ARE GREAT! They come highly recommended from me and my family. I believe any problem a tenant may have is due to them hearing something they didn't want to hear... IF ZARAN SAYRE were so awful, as the previous post tried so hard to relay, why are they so successful? Why are they continuing to grow in rentals and sales? hmmm.... maybe because THEY ARE TRULY WONDERFUL!!
