Businiess name:  The Ranch At Ridgeview
Review by:  Stephen E.
Review content:
The Ranch at Ridgeview, managed by the equally inept Connor Group, charges a nonrefundable "application fee" of $299 even if they turn you down! Unreal! The application fee average in this area is $50! This is a scam that one might call "bundling." My daughter went in to rent her very first apartment and Allison, the Area Manager, made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. The manager was trying her best to make her feel more welcome, however, in the end they decided to look elsewhere with the entire experience being terrible. SMART MOVE! After doing more research (which my daughter unfortunately did NOT do) the negative reviews for this apartment complex far outweigh the good. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these people! I could not get the Area Manager for the complex to call me back nor, Bob (last name unknown) a senior member of management for The Conner Group, to call me back. Neither of these people have voice mail or last names apparently. It's sad that these folks don't understand how to treat people right. Makes me wonder what is really wrong with this company. They are apparently here for the short term.
