Review content:
I had been going to Tranquility for the last several years because I liked how Erica cut and styled my hair and my daughter's. I always thought the front desk service was lousy but I was willing to put up with it for a good cut. Back in Nov. I called for an appt and was abruptly told that Erica did not work there anymore. There was no offer to find another stylist in the salon or any other form of customer service. The attitude was "too bad". I would never recommend Tranquility to anyone. It use to have good stylists but they are leaving. I was fortunate to find Erica at Hair, Body and Soul salon across the street from Tranquility. Given the current economic conditions, I would think that Tranquility would be more concerned with customer service, since the customer ultimately decides on where to spend their money.
