Review content:
The facility is Gorgeous, but WHO REALLY CARES when you're treated disrespectfully. I'm not going to even waste my time saying HOW bad the customer service is at this place...just read all the other reviews. I read them before going, but thought I'd check it out anyway...They weren't lying! The front desk especially is impatient, rude, and could care less how long you wait. And there's SO many managers, no one seems to know what's going on AND every time I asked for one, in person and over the phone..they were mysteriously not available... When ONE (not the one I asked for) did return my call it was a week later! I'm a massage therapist myself and would not give this place my time/money (nor would I work here). There's other places in town--that are just as pretty and treat you better. Keep looking!
