Review content:
I will NEVER use American Transmission again. They are a total scam! I took them my car to have a "free diagnosis" and later found out that by free they really meant $450.00. They did the repairs to my vehicle without my permission. I did NOT want them to repair the car, and they ordered and replaced the parts without my consent, and then told me it was going to cost me $2350.00. To top it off, when I finally did get my car back, (a week after they promised to have it returned) it was in worse condition than when I took it in. I had to take it to a second place and have them fix American Transmission's mistakes. I was offended by their lack of integrity and dishonesty, and I will never go back. By far the worst experience I've had with an automotive repair place.
