Review content:
We visited the local Cracker Barrel on Westport in Shreveport last evening. There were 7 of us in our party. We waited at least 15 minutes after being seated to give our meal selections and then were waitng almost an hour only to be told that there was a mix up with our orders. This by no means was our first visit to this particular Cracker Barrel but it may well be our last. I brought up the situation to the manager on duty but were basically ignored. This Cracker Barrel has steadily offered poorer service over the time we have been in the area.
