I never exercise but I walk very much, it has always been enough for me. Lately I started experienced discomfort and sometimes pain in my arch ball foot and heel. At first I thought I was tired and tried to rest and give my feet some recovery time. I still had to move around and personally found great relief in changing my shoes and wearing insoles at the recommendation of Dr. Ian Goldbaum. Great podiatrist, direct and informative and seems to have a very good bedside manner.
