I have been regular commercial a customer of Vancouver Bolt in Longview for a few years.So I have become accomstomed to their sub par customer service, but they are the only place in town that has a decent selection of hardware. I called them looking for a special order part that I have purchased from them in the past. The fellow who answered the phone was very short with me and rudely told me that he would not order just one item for me. When I told him that I had ordered this same item in the past, he impatiently repeated himself. I was getting irritated by this time and insisted that he could get me the part if he would just open a catalog, instead of handeling a slightly difficult situation that he created in a proffesional manner, he hung up on me. I have spent several thousand dollars at their Longview store over the last few years, but never again. The ownership of this company is clueless when it comes to customer service! Stay away unless you want to be treated like garbage.
