Review content:
This is some of the best customer service in the city. We have used him for 3 different jobs and it has always turned out perfect. When I call Vero he either answers right away or I leave a message and he calls back within 10 minutes. He is willing to change his schedule to fit you in, or if he calls and you aren't nearby he will come back at a later date.
He even gave us the keys in advance so that we could hand them out to tenants before changing the gate. This is exactly what you want for a locksmith. We had an emergency when a lock box was stolen with all of the keys to a building and they came out in 2 hours and changed all of the locks.
I don't see myself using anyone other than vero.
