Businiess name:  John Kiley's Cycle World Inc

Review content:
What a bunch of clowns. It starts at the top with John Kiley and goes all the way to the bottom. Nobody there cares (or knows anything) about costumer service. The sales staff doesn’t know their product and is more interested in talking to each other about their weekend than doing their job. Listen to Curtis (the sales manager) for a few minutes and it becomes clear he doesn’t have a clue…and he’s supposed to be Kiley’s Suzuki expert. I don’t know what they were thinking when they hired that clown. I’ve been to this dealership several times and have been ignored or subjected to listening Curtis talking about himself. If that is what you’re looking for in a dealership then go for it. But if you want good customer service, a competent service department, and competitive pricing you really need to go elsewhere.
