Review content:
We came here for the extended stay moving from out of state. At first, everyone was very friendly. As time as gone on, staff has been fired or left and the hotel has gone down hill quickly! There is often trash left in hallways and outside by the door where there is no trash can. Because management says "corporate won't approve another trash can" and people thus litter all over and the trash stays for days at a time before a resident picks it up! I've even seen employees walk right by trash in the parking lot and NOT pick it up! And recently, management has informed us that the economy is sooooo GOOD that they are raising our long term rate by $500 this month and another $400 next month!!! UNHEARD of!!! And I see the parking lot more and more empty each day! They definitely do NOT know how to run a hotel. Since July, the AC in our unit has had to be replaced 4 times!! Just recently we had to move rooms as it was leaking and once we moved they rented the room out the next day. With a broken AC, broken refrigerator which freezes food in frig and melts food in freezer. The stove top wouldn't heat up right either. And towels in the hotel often smelled of cats and urine. Complaints ended in disagreements from management. They wouldn't listen, they'd just say, no you're wrong! Because of this - I began documenting trash in the hotel, day after day after day with photos! No disputing that! The hotel is very dirty and the rooms are not cleaned as well as they should be. Mildew on the shower walls when you move into a room!! And so many things not in working order. NOT worth the money and certainly NOT worth the harassment received by the management on a power trip! The one manager was demeaning and rude to long term customers. NOT a friendly place to stay or work! And - with more and more drug dealers and prostitutes staying in the rooms, it's not feeling very family friendly or safe AT ALL!
