I wish I sould have been smart enough to read the reviews on this company before I decided to use them. The past two people I was working with no longer work for the company. My roof was put on in October. The siding was put on in March. Window screens are still not on. I was told my satellite dish would not be re-installed by John Beal, and it was - incorrectly. I've had to call the satellite company to fix it and now have holes in my siding since it was installed improperly. I called today to tell of my concern of the holes in the siding. Spoke to Brian Alcorn-Production Manager and he was a real treat! Terrible customer service and seemed put off to be talking to me. He said they'd get someone out Tuesday - in a hurried tone to get me off the phone and didn't care to hear about my other issues. I want to be RID of this company. I felt that since the advertisements were all over the news channels this would be a great company - you cannot always judge a book by it's cover. Please, do not use them, you will be sorry!
