Review content:
Ken installed wood floors in our main living area. He had to order them from California so it took forever (2 months) to come in. Once they were here, he never showed up on time, worked into late hours (with two small children trying to go to bed, this was not acceptable). He promised to have the floors done by Christmas and he almost finished everything Christmas eve at 9pm, leaving our house a dusty mess with family in town. When we repeatedly called, emailed, texted asking him to finish the job, he had disappeared. Once he had our check on Christmas even, he forgot all about us. Ken took some pieces from our kitchen cabinets and never returned them. Although the wood floor seemed like a good product, it has turned out to be garbage. One small drop of water makes it buckle. Buyer beware of his charm...he is a snake.
