Review content:
I will never return to this Optical department ever again! I feel like my valuable time and hard earned money was stolen! During the appointment, the doctor could not determine the correct visual prescription for one of my eyes. Then she said that I should just get new glasses and try them for a couple of weeks, and if I still couldn’t see then I should come back and she would refer me to someone else. I’m sorry but that does not make any sense to me. She is going to charge me for a visit that she was not able to perform correctly and wants me to spend even more money on a pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. Then on top of that I would have to come in again to get referred to another doctor where I would have to spend more money again on another visit and even more money on, once again, new glasses. This is either a good scam or the doctor and sales clerk are both incompetent!
