Review content:
We had made agreements with the dealership agent for a certain price and amount to be financed. We did all this ahead of time because we live 6 Hours away from the dealership. When we arrive everything seemed great.. until, of course something had to go wrong. The employee we worked with was so confused and misdirected he had to go to his manager for every question we had. They tried to change the price AND tell us we couldn't finance the amount we agreed upon before arrival. Now take in mind we had just driven 6 hours to pick up this vehicle just to have the dealership pull a fast one on us and try to force us to pay more for the vehicle. There is no such thing as customer service at "Mike Shaw's Subaru." The employee supposedly helping us with the deal actually tried to say he was done with it and didn't want to cause more damage. Either the employees here are not trained which is a ownership problem or they were trained poorly.. again OWNERSHIP problem. They tried telling us multiple times " We sell 200 cars a month" supposedly this means something to them. To me all it meant was they get enough business that if they screw over one person it doesn't matter to them. This dealership is the most unprofessional one I have ever came in contact with which is disappointing considering their "reputation." Do yourself a favor and save the money and headache and find a dealership who truly cares about their customers.
