This business has sneaky billing practices. ||[]The guy they sent to clean my furnace pushed a service contract that he said would save money if I needed emergency repair. Less that 2 months later I lost heat on a sunday, and called Wilson services.||[]Wilson replaced the primary control in less that an hour and billed me for $428. The bill lists the part as costing $278., but it retails for about $50. leaving $228. of hidden labor charges. Wilson knew that I believed the part costs 278. , but didn't point that out as it would reveal that he was paying himself about $10 a minute!||[]The contract is a scam! Don't sign it! And what ever you do don't call these guys in an emergency! When they have you in a tough spot they will take advantage and the sky is the limit! ||[]||[]They gave me $150 discount with $228 in hidden labor charges.
