escape from the rain and duck inside this beautiful historic building. ive no idea what year this building was built, but elliot bay books is housed in one of the coolest buildings in seattle. there are lots of spots to stop,and sit and read a poem, or two, or spend the whole afternoon randomly grabbing books from the shelves and opening your mind to whatever's inside!
