Review content:
I have gone to HT a couple of times. I liked my haircut the first time, however this last time one of the front desk gals came over and told my stylist that her next appointment was there. My haircut had literally just started. My stylist wasn't anywhere near done with my haircut. She tried her best. However, I felt like it was rushed and because the announcement that her next client was waiting I felt like I couldn't relax and get the cut I wanted. I left without any texturizing or blending of layers. My hair was also too long and my bangs not what I wanted. This was a far different experience than the first time I got a cut from this stylist and can only contribute it to her knowing her next client (who was early, I found out)was waiting. The front desk people really need to figure out a better way of informing their people that their next appointment is there without adding pressure to the current customer. Or better yet the stylist should just assume their next client is there instead of making the person in the chair feel rushed and under appreciated. I will give you one more shot HT to treat me like a paying customer and if you don't then I am going elsewhere. Please treat your clients with better manners.
