Had to call once when a pipe busted at home. They had it fixed for under $200 in two hours. Called again for work the other day and they were there within the hour. The service guy stayed late to get the job done. He also assisted me in getting the city out after hours to turn the water back on. Went above and beyond:) Additionally, they always send a customer satisfaction survey to follow up on their work. This packet usually includes a coupon for your next service as well. Can't say enough nice things about the experiences I've had with Mr. Rooter.
