I just want to say that Noreen was wonderful! She and the front desk staff made a glowing first impression. Not to be overly dramatic, but after the oil scalp massage, Aveda shampoo, conditioner, cut, blow dry and finishing touches provided by Noreen - I started to cry! I had had such a challenging week and Noreen's pampering attention was just what I needed. It just goes to show the extent to which kind pampering service can impact a customer.
